NPI’s staff is amazing. I feel like I have a hotline — if I have a problem with any of our computers, I just call and they take care of it. They work with our hardware, our software, our vendors, so I can chalk those off my list of things to do. They regularly come over and sit down with us. We go over where we are, where we’re going and what we’ll need. We take care of teeth, and they take care of the computers.
