We’ll ask you questions. And we’ll listen.
Your first conversations with us will often be owner-to-owner. What really matters to you? What are your business objectives, and how can technology help to achieve them? We then engage with your people at various levels, always asking smart and informed questions.
As we listen, we’ll enlarge the conversation. Is NPI the right fit for you? Even if not, how can we help you find the solutions you need?
Business IT is complex — and our goal is to make it simple for you. As you answer guiding questions, we’ll get to work on developing solutions.
We’ll take a holistic, thorough look at your technology systems.
Our first project for a prospective client is usually a network assessment. We’ll examine your systems carefully: How are your infrastructure and workstations set up? What applications, anti-virus protection and data backup systems are you running? Is everything up to date — and can performance and network security be improved? Do offsite backup and managed Cloud services make sense for you?
If you engage us to complete specific projects, we will provide you a fixed price and get them done on time and on budget. If we recommend any products, we will already have used and tested those in-house. If you contract for an NPI Canopy service, we will make sure we’re delivering the exact package your business needs.
You don’t need to spend time solving technology issues and finding IT solutions — that’s why we’re here. Our team brings a full, diverse range of expertise, and we work together for you. We don’t just solve problems, we prevent them. And then we do more.
Our goals are your success. Your productivity, security, business continuity. We make technology work for you.
I appreciate the structure NPI brings to our IT department. The planning meetings are very helpful because they give me a broader overview of the technology which allows us to forecast future needs. It’s really great to be able to set priorities for projects that I know will be well implemented and correctly scaled for growth. I get just the right level of detail with the monitoring piece and it’s worked out well to have someone to keep an eye on the network.”
