We are pleased to announce that Sonja Shaver Fuller has joined NPI as a Client Technology Manager. As a Senior Vice-President of Chittenden Bank, she gained a deep understanding of business processes and finance, which will allow her to create technology plans that truly serve business needs.

- What are you looking forward to in your role of Client Technology Manager?
I’m looking forward to meeting new people, learning their concerns and discovering more about the impact and power of technology in our daily lives, not just during our work hours. I enjoy the feeling when you make a difference to clients helping their organization improve in efficiency and operational performance.
- How will you enhance the NPI experience for clients?
As Client Technology Manager, I’ll bring my business and financial acumen to enhance the client experience. I will step in to advocate for the client in matching their business needs with technology support because I understand the client’s perspective and priorities. I will add another layer of quality service and appreciation of our clients.
- How have your work experiences shaped who you are?
Most of my experience has been in independent roles forging an entrepreneurial outlook in my work. Serving as a good listener led me to develop a highly collaborative approach in my professional relationships resulting in satisfaction and success for both the client and myself. I found learning about the client’s business and needs improved my problem-solving skills.

- What do you do for fun?
I play mixed-doubles tennis with my husband, garden, walk our Golden Retriever, cook healthy meals and bike. Also, I enjoy spending time on Lake Champlain paddling for Dragonheart Vermont, Inc. This summer we’ll be competing in Hungary as the US National Champions in the Club Crew World Championships
